Who operates this service

RaceLivery Studio is operated by Fuat Keles, a sole trader (Einzelunternehmen) registered in Germany. Written contact: legal@racelivery.studio, answered within a few working days.

Payments are collected through Stripe, which acts as payment processor. Stripe determines and shows any VAT or sales tax due in your country at checkout.

Using RaceLivery

RaceLivery Studio is a fan-made design tool for creating fictional racing liveries and related game-mod files. You may use the editor without an account. An account is required for cloud projects and paid features.

You are responsible for your account, your exported files and how you use them. Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with the service, distribute malware, impersonate others or infringe someone else’s rights.

Your designs

You keep ownership of original work you create. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display a cloud project only so we can provide the service to you. We do not gain ownership of your designs.

By saving, publishing or exporting a design you confirm that you have the right to use everything it contains, and that it infringes nobody's copyright, trademark, design right, image right or other right. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claim arising from a design you created, published or exported.

Brands, logos and trademarks

Team, manufacturer, sponsor and product names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. RaceLivery is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and the presence of a mark in the editor's asset library is not permission to use it. No commercial-use, resale or merchandising right is granted by this service.

The editor is supplied for creating fictional liveries for personal, non-commercial use inside a single-player game. Anything you export is for your own use; you must not sell it, distribute it commercially, use it in advertising, use it in a way that suggests a real brand backs you or your team, or use it in online modes where it breaks the game's rules.

The subscription is payment for the editor, the 3D preview, the export pipeline and cloud storage. It is not payment for, and does not license, any third-party brand asset.

Rights-holder notices and takedowns

We operate a notice-and-takedown process. If you own a right and believe an asset in the library, or a design published to Community, infringes it, write to legal@racelivery.studio with the exact URL or asset name, the right you hold and evidence of ownership. We remove or disable confirmed material promptly and, where the material was uploaded by a user, notify that user. Repeat infringers lose access.

Every published design also carries a Report action for copyright and trademark complaints, which reaches the same queue.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Works Driver Pro costs $3.99 per month or $30 per year. Any VAT or sales tax that applies to your country is calculated and shown by Stripe on the checkout page before you pay. Stripe processes the payment and stores the payment-method data; we never see your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account & projects → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. No notice period and no cancellation fee apply.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer (for example the 14-day right in the EU/UK), that right applies. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that supply begins at once, and you acknowledge that doing so ends the withdrawal right once the service has been fully supplied. Outside that, we refund a payment taken in error or a period in which the service was materially unavailable. Refund requests go to legal@racelivery.studio.

Free accounts created before 26 August 2026 at 00:00 Europe/Berlin retain 3 cloud livery slots. Free accounts created at or after that time receive 1 cloud livery slot. A slot is occupied while its cloud project exists: deleting the project frees the slot, and resetting a saved livery lets you replace its design without deleting the slot. Existing cloud projects are not deleted solely because they exceed the account's current Free allowance.

We may change future prices or features with reasonable notice. A price change never applies retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for; if a renewal price changes you are told before the renewal and can cancel first.

Availability and liability

The service and exported mod files are provided “as is”. Keep local backups of important projects. Game updates and third-party tools can change compatibility without notice. To the extent allowed by law, RaceLivery is not liable for indirect loss, lost progress or damage caused by unsupported mod use.

Do not use mods in online game modes where they may violate game rules. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or security threats.

Independent project

RaceLivery Studio is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by EA, Codemasters, Formula One, the FIA, any racing team, sponsor, platform or Team Simplified. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
