Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
RaceLivery Studio is operated by Fuat Keles, a sole trader (Einzelunternehmen) registered in Germany, who is the controller for this data under the GDPR. Privacy contact: privacy@racelivery.studio. A sole trader of this size appoints no data-protection officer, and there is no advertising business behind the service — the data listed below is collected only to make the cloud features work.

What we collect
- Account: user ID, name, email, profile image and authentication records. Google supplies these fields when you choose Google sign-in.
- Cloud projects: project name, RaceLivery project JSON, version and timestamps.
- Subscription: plan, status, provider customer/subscription IDs and billing-period end. RaceLivery does not receive or store full card details.
- Operations: limited server logs such as request time, endpoint, error and IP information needed for security and reliability.
The guest editor runs locally. A design is not uploaded merely because you use the editor or export a file.
Why we use it
We process account and project data to provide requested cloud features, keep accounts secure and support users. We process subscription references to provide paid features and meet accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. Where GDPR applies, the usual legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent where specifically requested.
Service providers
Data may be processed by our hosting and database providers, Google for optional OAuth sign-in, and Stripe for subscription payment processing. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not store full card details, sell personal data or use cloud projects for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Cloud projects remain until you delete them or your account. Account and subscription records are kept while the account is active and afterwards only as required for security, disputes, tax or other legal obligations. Backups expire on their normal rotation.
You can download your account data or permanently delete your account from Account & projects. If a paid subscription is still running, cancel it first under Manage subscription — that opens Stripe's billing portal and takes a moment — so billing is never left detached from its owner. You may also contact privacy@racelivery.studio.
Your choices and rights
You can use the local editor without an account. The account page provides a portable JSON export containing your profile, cloud projects and Community activity. You can disconnect Google by deleting the account and through your Google account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to or delete personal data, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
Cookies and transfers
We use essential session cookies for sign-in and account security. These are necessary for the site to work and are set without consent.
We also use Google Analytics to see which parts of the editor people use. It stores nothing on your device until you allow it. The tag loads with every storage permission denied, so no analytics cookie is written and no identifier is kept unless you press "Allow analytics" on the bar that appears on your first visit. Declining leaves it denied. Your answer is stored in this browser and you can change it at any time in Your analytics choice below. IP addresses are truncated before storage.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising. Providers may process data outside your country; where required, transfers rely on recognised legal safeguards.
