About
RaceLivery Studio
A browser-based editor for designing F1 25 MyTeam liveries on a 3D preview and exporting a ZIP that works with Simplified Launcher.
How it works
The editor renders the design, creates the required game texture maps and patches the compatible ERP package in the browser. Export Mod ZIP downloads the finished archive; generated ZIP files are not uploaded to or retained by RaceLivery.
Save file and Open file keep a local JSON backup. Signed-in users can also save editable projects to their private cloud workspace and explicitly publish selected designs to Community.
Third-party projects
| three.js | MIT-licensed 3D/WebGL runtime used by the vehicle preview. |
|---|---|
| fflate | MIT-licensed ZIP library used to read and build mod archives in the browser. |
| Simple Icons | Source for the monochrome logo catalogue. The package is CC0; individual brand marks still belong to their owners and can have separate guidelines. |
| Wikimedia Commons | Source for the full-colour logo catalogue. Each file is used under the licence recorded on its Commons file page — public domain unless stated otherwise — and the page, licence and author are stored per file in the project's licence ledger. Where a contributor had placed a mark on a coloured background panel, that panel is removed so the logo sits on the car's paint; the artwork itself is unchanged. |
| Wikidata | Used to identify which brand a logo file actually belongs to, and to tell companies apart from software projects when curating the catalogue. |
| resvg | MPL-licensed SVG renderer used to verify that every catalogue logo renders as usable transparent artwork before it ships. |
| pngjs | MIT-licensed PNG codec used to validate raster logos and to build catalogue review sheets. |
| SERPs templates | MyTeam mod templates by Team Simplified. RaceLivery output uses the [SERPs] label and requires the Base Files separately. |
| Simplified Launcher | Independent F1 25 mod launcher by Team Simplified. It is required separately and is not bundled or operated by RaceLivery. |
| DirectXTex | MIT-licensed DDS tooling used for the documented manual workflow and development checks. Not required for one-click export. |
| Ego ERP Archiver | ERP inspection/import tool used to verify the manual workflow. Not bundled with RaceLivery. |
| Stripe | Hosted subscription checkout and payment processing for optional RaceLivery Pro accounts. |
Logo catalogue status
Every logo file the editor ships is tracked in a licence ledger that names where the file came from and under what terms. A file that cannot be accounted for is not shipped.
- Simple Icons — the monochrome catalogue, released under CC0.
- Public-domain marks — brands re-sourced from Wikimedia Commons files that are in the public domain, each recorded with its Commons file page. Where an uploader had placed the mark on a coloured background panel, that panel is removed so the logo sits on the car's paint; the artwork itself is unchanged.
- Being replaced — a shrinking set of multicolour candidates gathered from WorldVectorLogo, whose published terms restrict downloads to personal, non-commercial use. These are removed as each brand is re-sourced.
- Unverified — full-colour variants whose origin was not recorded. They are traced or removed before public launch.
Brand marks in every category remain the trademarks of their owners regardless of the file's licence. A licence covers the file, never the brand.
